Excellent visit -very attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to address all my concerns. Felt truly cared for and confident in the treatment plan!

Pleasant & efficient.

Care provider was extremely friendly, however I mentioned important information about my health that we discussed that was not mentioned in my print out after leaving the office. I also asked for referrals but the care provider did not include those either. I expressed that a lot of certain said tests were taken already but care provider said it was a lot to go over and that I needed to have those test retaken which I don't mind but the important things I came to be seen for were ignored and my medications were not refilled either. I feel completely ignored once again concerning my health and it's exhausting, I'm sad that I have to keep switching doctors offices because nowadays doctors don't care about their patients and I came in excitement to be treated and hear but I wasn't.

She seemed very interested in our discussion and provided me with home health to follow up
