Leah Farley, NP, brings a compassionate approach to Family Practice, focusing on comprehensive care for patients of all ages. Residing in Metropolis, IL, Leah is married and a proud parent of four children—three girls and one boy—who keep her active with their pursuits in sports like soccer, cheer, and basketball. Alongside her family, Leah enjoys traveling and cherishes time spent with loved ones.

Patients visiting Leah can expect attentive care centered on compassion and open communication. Listening intently to her patients' needs and fostering honest discussions are pivotal to achieving positive outcomes in their health journeys.

Joining Southern Illinois Healthcare (SIH) fifteen months ago, Leah was drawn to the cohesive team of providers and the opportunity to serve a diverse population in Southern Illinois. She finds great appreciation for the region's natural beauty and values the connections she forms with its people.

In her role, Leah finds fulfillment in patient care and continuous learning, allowing her to expand her expertise as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
