Biography

Leslie Hickman brings over a decade of healthcare experience to her role as a Nurse Practitioner, specializing in Family Medicine. After a successful tenure as a registered nurse, predominantly in the Emergency Department, Leslie transitioned to a Nurse Practitioner role in 2019, initially in Walk-In Clinics/Urgent Care settings. However, her passion for fostering long-term patient relationships led her to pivot to Family Medicine in 2021, where she has since thrived.

Beyond her professional commitments, Leslie finds joy in her family life. She shares her days with her beloved family, dedicating time to them whenever possible. As a testament to her diverse interests, Leslie and her family manage a farm where they raise Highland Cattle—an endeavor she finds both rewarding and fulfilling.

Residing in the countryside, Leslie appreciates the tranquility and natural beauty that the region offers. Her affinity for rural life is evident in her personal and professional pursuits, aligning seamlessly with her dedication to serving patients in similar communities.
