Biography

Mimi Harzan, PA, specializes in Acute Care Surgery and has been a valued member of the SIH team for three years. She earned her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from SIU Carbondale and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a Minor in Chemistry from Oregon State University.

Mimi’s approach to patient care involves taking the time to explain the pathophysiology of medical issues and detailing treatment options, empowering patients to make informed decisions. She is passionate about Southern Illinois for its excellent quality of life and close proximity to outdoor recreational opportunities.
