Chronic illness management: asthma, diabetes, hypertension, arthritis and other continuing conditions
Well-child Care: newborn hospital care, circumcision, well-child check ups, immunizations, pre-k and school physicals, sports physicals, hearing and vision screenings, evaluation of developmental delays, nutritional counseling and prevention
Women's Health: pap smears, birth control/family planning, menopause, premenstrual syndrome, osteoporosis, breast exams, pelvic exams

Nursing Home Care
Preventive Care: weight management, cholesterol screening, smoking cessation, cancer screenings, cardiac risk assessment, diet and exercise programs, immunizations, health education and other programs
Acute Medical Care: limited same day appointments for flu, colds, bronchitis, upper respiratory infections, urinary tract infections and other common illnesses
