About the Provider Shining Star Award

For Exceptional Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants, Midwives and CRNAs who exemplify the SIH Missions and Values.

The Southern Illinois Healthcare Provider Shining Star Award recognizes providers for extraordinary care to patients. The provider exemplifies the SIH Mission and Values. The nominator will provide specific examples of how the provider lives out our Mission and Values.
