Black Men's Health Conference

This event is free to the public! Register for the event and have a chance to win door prizes (registration is encouraged, not required). Topics include prostate health, mental health, spiritual health, family health history and more. Free wellness screenings will be available based on age:

• Blood pressure checks (ages 18+)
• Cholesterol and blood sugar finger stick checks (ages 40-75)
• Height, weight and BMI measurements (ages 18+)
• Colorectal cancer screening (FIT) kits (ages 45-75)

Free parking is available in the lot west of the Civic Center. Hosted in partnership with Jackson County Health Department, Healthy Southern Illinois Delta Network, NAACP Carbondale Branch, Alpha Phi Alpha and the City of Carbondale.
