A Memorial or Honorarium gift to HMC is a way for you to honor someone special in your life or to remember a loved one. In return, you can be assured that your gift is supporting the exceptional programs and services at SIH. When a gift is made, the family or person who you are honoring will be notified of your thoughtfulness through a personalized acknowledgement.

Make an impact all year long through a recurring, automatic donation on your credit card. Getting set up is easy. Use the online giving form and select the gift amount and gift frequency. Your gifts will be automatically sent to the HMC Foundation. You may contact us any time to cancel or change your recurring gifts.

Make a meaningful charitable gift while you provide for an enduring tribute to a family member or other loved one. Some examples of lasting tributes include naming a building or dedicating a room or medical equipment after a loved one(s).
